The path takes us along the eastern coast of Lošinj, passing the bays Kadin, Zagazinjine and Bojčić to the little fishing port of St. Martin. The port of St. Martin is the oldest part of Mali Lošinj and was, in the 12th century, the first settlement on the island. We continue along the path around the hill of Roses, which brings us to Valdarke cove. The path path will take you towards the open sea with the view of the islands of Cres, Rab, Pag, Oruda and Palacol. The hike continues towards the bay “Valeškura” (dark bay). Because of the steep coast and thick pine tree forest, that surrounds the bay, the cove seems dark.
